The act of shaping is a special cognitive activity that is figurative. In shaping activities, children have many opportunities to learn and study descriptive objects to gain understanding and visualization of objects, thereby building symbols and images. Visual activity is one of the positive means to develop in children intellectual ability such as observation, memory, thinking, imagination. Out-of-classroom modeling activities at preschools are activities that reinforce and practice the skills that children have acquired in visualizing activities in the classroom. Through shaping activities outside of class, children are free to create, apply all the skills they have acquired to complete artworks according to each topic and topic that children learn.
