Martial Arts of the People’s Public Security is one of the important subjects included in the curriculum and training at the People’s Security Academy, attack technique training is considered one of the important contents help improve the combat ability of police soldiers. Through regular and reliable scientific research methods, the research has selected exercises to improve the effectiveness of attacking techniques in Cong an Nhan dan martial arts for male students of the People’s Security Academy. After the experimental process of applying training according to the exercises selected by the research, the results show that the achievement of the test to evaluate the attack technique of the research subjects has grown and is statistically significant (t = 3.68→5.82 at p < 0.05).
