In recent years, with high economic growth, Vietnam has surpassed the threshold of a poor and underdeveloped country, which is a very exciting achievement. The important contribution to the above success cannot be denied the role of human resources. According to many studies, the issue of "human resource quality" is one of the factors that determine the success or failure of businesses and the economy. Growth theories have also affirmed that "improving the quality of human resources" is one of the three basic pillars contributing to strong economic growth. The strong development of international economic integration has placed many new requirements on high-tech human resources in general and tourism industry human resources in particular.
