International learners (Laos and Cambodian) are a part of the students of the Artillery Officer College. The quality of learning and training of these learners force greatly affects the quality of education and training of the College. In particular, if they study maths well, it will help Lao and Cambodia’ learners to develop their thought, study other subjects effectively as well as contributing to the training process perfectively at college. There are many ways to improve math learning efficiency for Lao and Cambodia’ learners. Besides, international learners really need the help from leaders, commanders at all levels, lecturers and Vietnamese students so that they can study this subject well.
