Practical basis is necessary requirement to increase the persuasiveness in teaching and learning for the modules in the Land Management training program. In particular, the issue of compensation and support when the State recovers land is an extremely sensitive and complex issue. To improve the practicality of the lecture, we conducted research on the current situation of compensation and support when the State recovers land in a number of projects in Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province, to prepare documents to serve applied research-oriented training.
