The Happy School model is inspired by the Happy School model of UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization), piloted in April 2018 in a number of schools in the City. Hue and is currently being replicated across the country. In 2019, the Ministry of Education and Training officially launched the nationwide implementation of the "Plan to improve teachers' pedagogical and ethical behavior capacity for a happy school". The message given by the Ministry of Education and Training is that administrators and teachers should change towards a healthy, civilized, friendly pedagogical environment, with the core values: "Love, safe and respectful”. Accordingly, from the 2019-2020 school year, "happy school" has become a familiar and important keyword in the Education industry. Along with equipping students with knowledge and skills, creating a happy school is also highly emphasized by the Education sector. At the end of September 2022, the Workshop "Change For a Happy School" with the theme "Choose Love - Choose Happiness" was held in Da Nang attracting 400 principals from 50 provinces and cities nationwide.
