Abstract
The article analyzes the value chain approach in developing spiritual tourism products at Tam Chuc Tourist Area - Ninh Binh. At the same time, it emphasizes the role of the value chain in enhancing product and service quality, increasing visitor satisfaction and spending, extending the length of stay, boosting return rates, and ensuring sustainable development. Tam Chuc Tourist Area, Ninh Binh is not only a Buddhist center with unique landscapes but also a destination that integrates various types of tourism such as pilgrimage, meditation, eco-tourism, and recreational activities. In addition, Tam Chuc features modern infrastructure, convenient regional connectivity, creates jobs for the local community, and aims to become a UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site.
