Abstract
Ta Lai village, situated in Ta Lai commune, Đong Nai province, is located within the buffer zone of Cat Tien National Park. It boasts rich ecological landscapes and a unique cultural identity, featuring ethnic minorities such as the Ma, Tay, and Xtieng. These are favourable conditions for the sustainable development of community-based tourism. However, tourism activities in the area remain limited and have not been effectively leveraged. The article aims to assess the current state of community-based tourism in Ta Lai and propose solutions to enhance its development in association with the preservation of local resources and indigenous culture.
