Wind power projects in Vietnam are experiencing rapid development, with many large-scale projects being implemented recently. However, these projects still face several challenges, including a lack of infrastructure, incomplete policies, high investment costs, and noise pollution issues. Therefore, this study will focus on analyzing management-related factors for wind power projects in Vietnam, as well as examining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks that these projects may encounter. This is a significant topic within the field of construction management and engineering, reflecting the trend toward clean energy development that Vietnam is pursuing. The goal of the study is to analyze factors related to the operation of wind power projects, thereby identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges through a SWOT analysis approach. Based on this, the study will highlight key factors and propose effective management solutions and strategies. The research methods include SWOT analysis, expert interviews, and literature review. The expected outcomes will include a detailed SWOT analysis report for Vietnam’s wind power sector, along with specific management solutions and strategies.
