The research method combines secondary data collection from published reports, field surveys at 5 typical hotels, interviews with 10 experts and SWOT analysis to identify influencing factors. The results show that the hotel market has great tourism potential, but awareness of sustainable development is limited, green technology costs are high and the legal framework is not consistent.
