Abstract

On January 26, 2021, the Government issued Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP detailing a number of contents on quality management, construction and construction maintenance. The Decree takes effect from the date of signing and promulgates and replaces Decree 46/2015/ND-CP dated May 12, 2015 of the Government. This paper presented new points in Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP to help stakeholders in construction investment projects understand their role in management, thereby improving the quality of construction works.
