Strengthening urban and rural connections through the formation of small- scale towns at the mountains and highland regions

Abstract

“Urban” and “Rural” are always 2 important areas in forming of social life and economic development. The integration of Urban and Rural is always on the top of many researches because of its closed tight, if there is no “Urban” then no more development of “Rural”, and vice versa. In this research, to strengthen to the sustainable integration of Urban and Rural, the forming, existing and request for development of small urban is evaluated. Especially for the area located far away from the developed region. The results are expected to contribution the recommendation of location selection, functions and reasonable size of small and medium sized urban, adding into theories of existing urban planning.
