Project appraisal as a role to enhance the position of construction investment decisions

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of project appraisal in investment decisions in construction projects, the correlation between investment policy decisions and construction investment decisions, analyzes the main shortcomings in appraisal of investment projects in construction of transport works, on that basis, proposes a number of measures to enhance the position of construction investment decisions through appraisal.
