Abstract

Social housing is a crucial element in addressing housing issues for lowincome individuals and contributing to the sustainable development of society. However, the organization of interior architectural spaces in social housing in many countries around the world faces numerous challenges, necessitating adaptive solutions. Researching and understanding the models of interior architectural space organization in social housing in various countries will provide valuable lessons. This paper aims to analyze and evaluate the methods of organizing interior architectural spaces in social housing in several countries worldwide, drawing lessons that can be applied in Vietnam. This not only helps to improve the quality of life for residents but also contributes to enhancing space utilization efficiency and optimizing construction costs.
