Develop criteria for selecting methods to evaluate the stability of standard network elevations in monitoring construction subsidence
Abstract
In light of practical production needs, choosing a suitable method to objectively, scientifically, and authentically assess the stability of standard network elevations is essential, especially for construction surveyors. This article examines the theoretical underpinnings, as well as the advantages and disadvantages, of four methods: Kostekhel, recurrent adjustment algorithm, Free network adjustment algorithm, and correlation analysis. From this examination, criteria are developed for selecting methods to evaluate the stability of standard network elevations during the monitoring of construction subsidence.
Key words: Free network adjustment; recurrent adjustment; monitoring construction subsidence; Kostekhel; correlation analysis; stability of elevation marks.
