Experimental study to determine shock wave pressure on surface due to 2 consecutive explosions in air
Abstract
This article presents the results of experiments on consecutive explosions of 02 explosive amounts considering differential explosion. From the measured results, draw the influence of the initial shock wave (primary wave) on the second shock wave (secondary wave) when applied consecutively with different time intervals. From there, there are comments on calculating secondary shock wave pressure (second wave) after the first wave, as a basis for calculating structures affected by multiple
shock waves acting consecutively.
Keywords: Shock wave; consecutive explosions.
