ABSTRACT:
From the urban concept analysis, the formation and development of the urban, regulation urban planning, learn experiences in urban planning of some countries around the world, and state management of urban planning in Vietnam. Articles summarizing these achievements and limitations in current urban planning and proposed solutions measures and recommendations to contribute to raising awareness as well as the effectiveness of governance State management on current urban planning in Vietnam.
