Abstract

Resettlement housing plays an important role in the implementation of investment projects for national development purposes. However, the current status of resettlement housing in Hanoi city is facing difficulties that are mainly caused by the lack of state management capacity together with insufficient mandates assigned. The main content of the article is to focus on several solutions for the enhancement of state management capacity on resettlement housing in Hanoi city.
