Abstract

This paper presents the sensitivity analysis of input random parameters on the buckling load of the plan frame. The finite element method is used to determine the buckling load of the frame. A random model is then established by combining the frame buckling analysis model and the Monte Carlo method. The sensitivity index of input parameters is evaluated via first order and total order Sobol’ indices.
