Factors affecting the state management of Construction investment costs

Abstract

Construction investment in Vietnam is expected to be continuously implemented with increasing scale and capital in the coming years. Construction investment costs management is one of the core contents to prevent loss, waste and ensure investment efficiency. State management of construction investment costs plays a very important role and is affected by many factors, both objective and subjective. The purpose of the article is to identify and point out the main affecting factors, survey and evaluate the level of impact of the factors, thereby identify the problems, limitations and causes leading to the problems, limitations in the State management of construction investment costs, focusing mainly on management of construction norms and prices system, thereto propose solutions and recommendations to enhance the role of State management of construction investment costs in Vietnam today.
