Abstract

The paper presents the application of digital technology for establishing and storing quality management records of construction projects at 979 Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company from 2023 to 2030. Currently, the work of managing and storing construction quality records at Joint Stock Company Construction Consulting Corporation 979 is facing limitations such as documents being easily damaged, difficult to retrieve and lack of information security. The technology of digitization helps convert paper documents into electronic format for online storage and retrieval. It proposes a project to apply digitalization in creating and storing quality management records for construction projects during 2023-2030 at the Company. The paper also outlines the implementation plan and expected benefits like cost savings, ease of management, and information search. This is an effective solution to improve the management of quality records for construction projects at 979 Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company. The digital approach aims to address current challenges and enhance record-keeping.
