Nonlinear analysis method of steel frame structure

Abstract

The paper presented traditional methods when performing current steel structure analysis, assessing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, questioning and solving problems in steel structure nonlinear analysis. Overview of nonlinear analysis methods for steel structures. Analysis of current nonlinear analysis methods, calculation methods of frame structure with plastic hinge are being applied in the studies and in the current standards and the proposed total nonlinear analysis method of the structural system according to advanced analytical methods.
