Discussing some reasons for purchasing and requisitioning housing

Abstract

Compulsory purchase and requisitioning of assets in general, compulsory purchase and requisitioning of housing in particular are strictly regulated by laws. Especially that laws provide clearly the reasons for compulsory acquisition and requisitioning of assets. In this article, the author mentions about the reasons for compulsory purchasing and requisitioning housing in the provisions of a number of laws, compares and contrasts them with the provisions of the 2013 Constitution, and thereby proposes a number of suggestions and recommendations on this issues.
