Abstract
Tribulus terrestris L. is a rare and endangered herb species listed as Critically Endangered (CR) on the Red Data List and Endangered (EN) on the Red Data Book. This article presents the germination results of Tribulus terrestris L. seeds treated with gibberellic acid GA3 solution, N3M solution and warm water at 50°C. The treatments were grown in garden soil and mixed soil with different shading conditions. The results showed that the Tribulus terrestris L. seeds treated with N3M and GA3 showed a germination rate of about 10-26.7% after 4 weeks, while the seeds treated with warm water showed the highest germination rate of about 10%. Compared to the control group, it only achieved 7.8%. The Tribulus terrestris L. seeds planted in garden soil substrate germinated early, concentrated in the first week, while the seeds planted in mixed soil substrate germinated concentrated in the second week. After 4 weeks, the average height of the plants germinated from the GA3- treated seeds reached a maximum value of about 22.9cm, and the number of leaves was about 46.7.
