SUBJECTS PUNISHED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN APPLICATION CASE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

Currently, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in all areas of social life is becoming increasingly popular. Besides its undeniable potential and benefits, AI also poses challenges that are not easily solved for humans in many fields, including the legal field. How will it be resolved when an AI entity commits erroneous acts? Legal controversies in general in the case of artificial intelligence applications not only appear in Vietnam but are happening in many countries around the world. Clearly, legal challenges to AI need to be resolved in parallel with AI research, development and application. Within the limits of this article, the author only points out the current legal situation and proposes some recommendations to improve the legal system in Vietnam on determining subjects subject to administrative sanctions when applicable artificial intelligence.
