Abstract
The Tam Vu victory is one of the first red marks in the 30 years of resistance on the Hau Giang battlefield. On the same Tam Vu road (National Highway 61) in the early years of the resistance, the armed forces of the Southwest and Can Tho - Hau Giang ambushed and attacked the French traffic 4 times; in which the Tam Vu 4 battle (in 1948) was the first time we captured the enemy's 105mm cannon, using buffaloes to drag the spoils of war back to the base. The battles against the enemy in Tam Vu had a pioneering significance for Vietnamese military art, particularly in the art of cutting traffic, attacking enemy motor vehicles, and the art of feints in military operations; it was also a typical example of coordination in local people's warfare. The preservation, restoration, and promotion of culture and tourism through the Tam Vu victory relic is not only the pride of the people of Can Tho-Hau Giang in the history of defending the country but can also become a new "material" basis for local cultural industrial creations.
