MAKING CURRENT LAND USE 2024 IN DONG SON COMMUNE USING MICROSTATION V8I SOFTWARE

Abstract

status to serve land management in Dong Son commune. The main content is to build a map of current land use status, from which to extract data on current land use status in 2024. Main input data: cadastral map in 2019 and change records 2020-2024. Main implementation methods: collecting documents, processing data, drawing maps using MicroStation V8i and TK-Desktop software, statistics, comparison. The research results have built a map of current land use status in 2024 for Dong Son commune, corresponding to the commune's agricultural land area of ​​4,157.15 hectares, accounting for 95.84% of the natural land area. The area of ​​non-agricultural land is 180.60ha, accounting for 4.16% of the natural land area and the unused land area is only 0.02ha. The topic also proposes professional solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the work of establishing maps of current land use status.
