ISOLATION AND ASSESSING THE ABILITY TO SYNTHESIS THE COMPOUDS INHIBIT Alternaria sp. FROM Bacillus vezelensis
Keywords:
Alternaria sp., Bacillus vezelensis, hoạt chất kháng nấmAbstract
Alternaria is the main agent cause the brown-spot disease on passion fruit. Controlling the disease fungi by biological solutions is necessary to improve the quality and export value of the passion fruit. The study isolated and classify the Bacillus vezelensis has a ability to inhibit many damaging fungi species on plants such as Alternaria sp., Fusarium F1, Collectotrichunm R6 and Pyricularia oryzea. On the potato – glucose medium, the bacterial strain synthesis best the anti-Alternaria compounds for 5 days, the diameter of antifungal zone gets 17.5mm. The antifugal compounds were recipitated effectively with ethanol 50% for 60 minutes.
