HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT ON CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOCIALIST LEGAL STATE IN VIETNAM

Abstract

The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has set forth the orientations for the development of the country in the new period, including the building and completion of the socialist rule of law state that is clean, strong, and lean, effective and efficient operation, serving the people and the development of the country. Following this orientation also means applying and developing Ho Chi Minh's thought on construction of socialist legal state in Vietnam.
