Based on qualitative and quantitative information, combined with Kuster's (2009) model of soft skills development of graduates and each observed variable is measured by Cronbach's Alpha scale to evaluate and testing the reliability of the factors. The results show that there are 8 independent variables with reliability from 0.737 to 0.818, of which 7 variables have the same direction, meaning that if the factors increase, the soft skills development will increase and the intellectual variable will increase. emotions have a negative impact, respectively, the worse the emotion, the lower the student's soft skills development.
