Abstract

By 2020, the wood industry was estimated to reach more than 12 billion USD Wood industry enterprises have a serious lack of human resources, especially after the world and Vietnam have just experienced the covid 19 epidemic and entered a new normal period, the recruitment department of enterprises is affected strongly. Especially when "looking for workers with red eyes". To address the challenges, Rochdale Spears company implemented a skills assessment strategy but it has not been effective. Applying qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews and descriptive methods to identify the limitations of the evaluation process and propose solutions to overcome, the research results show that the biggest limitation is the business has not given the rules of the regulations, and rules for evaluation and has not developed an evaluation process. The process is the key to resolving "(85%) of business problems", Therefore, building a professional process will bring durable efficiency.
