Abstract
Correlation of growth and development of Ngoc Linh Ginseng with ecological factors of Hon Ba Nature Conservation area, Khanh Hoa was determined by multivariate Canonical Correspondence Analysis – CCA. Research results show that, 9/12 Growth and development indicators include: Plants regrow after hibernation, germination rate, leaf morphology, rearing set, plant height, canopy diameter, length of root, The rate of flowering trees, The rate of trees forming fruit of 2-year-old Ngoc Linh ginseng has a close relationship with 7 ecological factors such as: canopy cover, forest type, cover, middle layer, degree Thickness of leaf cover, grade composition, easy potassium standard of Hon Ba Nature Conservation area with tree confidence over 95%. In which, the indicator of tree height and flowering rate are very closely correlated with ecological factors, canopy, and tree cover with 100% confidence. 2/12 growth and development indicators including: survival rate and tuber weight have a close correlation with 4 ecological factors such as: total annual average rainfall, agaric stratum, and phosphorus easily digestible with a confidence level of over 95% and all have a very close correlation with the annual average total rainfall. Growth criteria Hibernation plants have a very close correlation with high ecological factors with a confidence level of over 95%. This research result provides scientific data for the replication of Ngoc Linh Ginseng growing model in Hon Ba Nature Conservation area and other areas with similar ecological conditions.
