Abstract
The colors present in textile dyeing wastewater without proper and sufficient treatment can result in major environmental and human health consequences. As a result, study, investigation, and development of green materials for color processing is important and urgent. In this study, biomaterials derived from May nuoc seeds were prepared and subjected to methylene blue adsorption in water (MB). The adsorption capacity of the prepared material was greater than 89.4 ± 1.8% at pH = 8.0, and the material dose at 35.0mg. The study indicated the potential of metarials derived from May nuoc seeds in low-cost and environmentally friendly color treatments.
