ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION OF BANK EMPLOYEES IN BINH DUONG: EMPLOYEE’S PERCEPTION AND ATTITUDE

Abstract
In harsh labor market conditions, to well-work employees, organizations and businesses constantly improve human resource development policies and seek ways to retain talent employees. Therefore, salary levels and many other policies such as organizational culture and employee satisfaction are always given special attention by leaders of organizations and businesses. Based on the results of a survey of 500 employees of commercial banks in Binh Duong province, this study examines employees' perceptions and attitudes about organizational culture, about job satisfaction, including working conditions, compensation, respect from colleagues, relationship with supervisor and promotion opportunities thereby finding a dialectical relationship between organizational culture and employee job satisfaction. The results show that respect from colleagues has the greatest influence on bank employees' job satisfaction; Organizational culture also has a direct impact on job levels and employee satisfaction levels.
