Abstract

The improvement of the training quality for members of the volleyball club of Le Quy Don Hish school, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province has long become an urgent and practical requirement, whereby the training quality of the students of Le Quy Don Hish school also benefit accordingly. Through the theoretical backgrourd, data gathering, and practical application, as well as the subject’s scientific methodology, the study recommends 5 means to better the training quality of the members of Le Quy Don Hish school’s  volleyball club. Initial application of the means proves that these suggested wags are hishly practicable and effective in improving the subject’s training quality.
