Looking back after more than one year of implementing the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court

Abstract

The article introduces the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court, passed by the 14th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, at its 9th session on June 16, 2020, effective from the date of January 1, 2021. In addition, the article introduces the purpose of the mediation and dialogue mechanism at the Court; methods of conciliation and dialogue; Inadequacies and limitations are initially drawn for readers' reference.
