Some of Typical Theories on Leadership in Eastern Societies and Their Applicable Values for Contemporary Leadership and Management Science.

Abstract

In recent decades, the study of major theories and schools of thought from Eastern societies has become a trend in modern political science, attracting considerable attention from many scholars, managers, and leaders. Within the framework of this article, the author focuses on outlining three major schools of thought, which are also three typical leadership theories that have a significant impact on Eastern societies. From there, the author connects some of the values of applying these theories to the current science of leadership and management.
