FACTORS AFFECTING ON THE DECISION OF OUTSOURCING OF ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES AT NEWLY-ESTABLISHED ENTERPRISES IN HAI DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the factors impacting on the decision of outsourcing of accounting activities at newly-established enterprises in Hai Duong province. Through 295 valid survey forms at newly-established enterprises in Hai Duong province, the collected data analysis was conducted with SPSS 26 software, encompassing Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression. The results show that six factors influence the decision of outsourcing of accounting activities, including: benefits; price; service supplier; risk; frequency of work; trust in external accountant. The research results are an important basis to propose some management implications to promote the decision of outsourcing of accounting activities.
