FACTORS AFFECTING JOB SATISFACTION OF ACCOUNTANTS AT ENTERPRISES AT SON LA PROVINCE

Abstract
The study aims to verify the job satisfaction of generation Z accountants working at enterprises in Son La by using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 415 generation Z employees working at businesses in Son La. The analysis conducted with SPSS 26 software, encompassed Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression. Research results have shown nine factors that impact the satisfaction of generation Z accountants working at enterprises in Son La, ranked from most to least impactful: mental health, recognize employee contributions, nature of work, working conditions, training and advancement, IT skills, development prospects of the company, leader and colleague, salary and benefits. The research results are an important basis to propose some solutions to improve the satisfaction of generation Z accountants working at enterprises in Son La province.
