THE POLICIES AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS TO ENSURE THE RIGHTS OF ETHNIC MINORITY WOMEN IN ACCESSING HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND HEALTH CARE IN VIETNAM

Abstract

The article provides an overview of the achievements made and clarifies some of the limitations in Vietnam's policies and laws regarding the protection of the rights of ethnic minority women in accessing healthcare services and medical care. It then analyzes the causes of these limitations and makes recommendations for improving policies and laws to ensure the rights of ethnic minority women in accessing healthcare services and medical care, in line with the requirements for the sustainable development of the Vietnamese people in the new era.
