The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) are profoundly transforming the landscape of global higher education. This study aims to analyze the positive impacts of technology and AI on teaching, learning, and educational management highlighting key benefits such as the personalization of learning pathways, enhanced interaction, optimization of assessment processes, and instructional support. At the same time, the research identifies major challenges facing educational administrators, including data security and privacy issues, disparities in digital skills across regions, quality assurance in teaching and learning, faculty training, infrastructure investment costs, and the development of digital learning communities. Based on these findings, the study proposes several managerial implications to support education leaders in proactively adapting to digital transformation trends, improving governance effectiveness, and advancing higher education in a sustainable, modern, and human-centered direction.
