Some notes on writing and publishing scientific articles in specialized scientific journals

Abstract

Writing an article and getting it published in a specialized scientific  journal is not too difficult - so difficult that it is impossible to  do; but it's not   simple - so simple that anyone can write   and have it released. However,  it is not true that whenever writing also leads to success, and not everyone who writes easily achieves the desired results, especially for young intellectuals. Practically, Not only young intellectuals, but also long-term researchers and lecturers, even many researchers and lecturers with doctoral degrees and scientific titles such as professor or an associate professor   also find very difficult to have a scientific article published in specialized scientific journals, especially reputable journals. So how can lecturers, researchers and learners at higher education institutions constantly increase the number of scientific publications in prestigious scientific journals? The article wishes to share experiences with some lecturers, researchers and learners who are still confused in writing and publishing scientific articles in specialized scientific journals.
