Development of digital banking services in Vietnam commercial banks

Abstract

Revolution 4.0 has become a reality in the world, creating rapid and widespread changes to all human activities in life and work. Operating in the business sector that is conditional, sensitive and related to all actors in society, commercial banking and commercial banking services are greatly affected by the 4.0 revolution. That is clearly shown most prominently through digital banking services in the digital transformation. In turn, digital banking services have a strong impact on the consumption behavior of the whole society.
