Abstract

Ancient China was a period of development before the formation of three dynasties (Xia Dynasty, Shang Dynasty, Zhou Dynasty). In this period, society and people were still very backward. The marriage and family regime mainly had two characteristics, namely, the marriage by blood group and the marriage with known mother but non-known father (which means the common-husband marriage).
