Abstract

The concept of judicial assistance is a complex issue in both theory and practice. Until now, there are still many different opinions on how to understand this concept. The article analyzes in depth the different views on the concept judicial assistance and analyzes the position, principles of organization and activities of judicial assistance in the Rule of Law.
