Rehabilitation and development of human resources for tourism in Da Nang after the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Tourism is identified as a key economic sector of Da Nang city, however, the Covid-19 pandemic has seriously affected the city's tourism activities, including tourism human resources. In order to recover and develop the tourism industry after Covid-19, Da Nang city identified one of the key factors as recovering, developing and improving the quality of tourism human resources. The article studies the situation of Da Nang tourism human resources after the Covid-19 pandemic and proposes some solutions to recover and develop Da Nang tourism human resources to meet the requirements of tourism development in the current new situation
