This study examines the impact of urbanization on farmers in Dong Anh District, Hanoi. The results show that the requisition of agricultural land for urban purposes has forced farmers to change their production models and adopt new technologies to adapt. Quantitative analysis from the collected data indicates that education level, land area, and participation in agricultural groups are the main factors affecting farmers' adaptability. The findings also emphasize the importance of local government providing appropriate support and policies to help farmers adapt to changes.
