Abstract

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, Thanh Dong University has developed an electronic document management system to optimize workflow, reduce time, and cut costs associated with document processing. This system efficiently organizes, stores, manages, and retrieves electronic documents, enhancing work performance through automated processes. It is designed with high security mechanisms, ensuring information is updated and consistent. However, the system still requires improvements and upgrades to fully meet user needs, including staff training, investment in information technology infrastructure and enhanced security features.
