Abstract

Abstract: Human rights currently attract special attention from the United Nations and the international community, aiming to provide people with a life of prosperity, freedom, equality, and happiness. At both the international and national levels, there are widely recognized and legally enshrined provisions that ensure the implementation of universal values of human rights. Buddhism, as a majorreligion  in the world and in Vietnam, offers its own perspectives and interpretations on human rights, providing needed foundations for the basic and most important rights of man.
