Abstract

Abstract: Ho Chi Minh's thought on the comprehensive education of human beings, especially for young people in the People's Public Security schools, aims to cultivate individuals who are both morally upright and professionally competent ("both virtuous and capable") to serve the revolutionary cause and the development of the country. The content of comprehensive education advocated by President Ho Chi Minh for the youth includes the education of revolutionary ideals, the education of revolutionary ethics, as well as cultural, professional, technical, and physical education. These are all invaluable teachings of his that are closely tied to the training process in the People's Public Security schools. This content must be deeply understood and thoroughly implemented - from the design and development of training programs to the learning, training, and lifelong striving of every student soldier of the People's Public Security.
